Design Ideas and Intentions
Within my produced 3d Model, I have gone for a contemporary style space with clean linear lines and restricted my colour pallet to various shades of grey as well as white, with blue as a feature colour that stands out as a striking effect. Movie intentions towards my final movie, i wish to include the large geometric shapes having this sense of movement coming towards and away from the viewer, as well as chosen shapes rotating around the viewer. I wish to create this sense of a journey through my designed shape. Hopefully this journey will be reinforced by the chosen music track to run in time with the moving plank like shapes as well as the large rectangular ones. As the viewer enters the large rectangular chamber, in time with the music, the large structures individually will rotate at different speeds but on the same axis. Whilst doing this the viewer approaches the distant cross then retreats back on the same line to head off out towards the rest of the model. The plank like structures will be individual groups themselves and move on a horizontal axis, in some instances towards and away from the viewer as well as pan across the viewers horizontal plane. The smaller group of rectangular shapes will shutter in different times, but in rhythm to the chosen sound track, from side to side. The final movie will hopefully engage the viewer right form the start and give he/she this sense of movement or journey through my designed model.
